采用耶糠、泥炭(1:1)为育苗基质,分别加入微生物有机肥10g/L(T1)、20g/L(T2)、40g/L(T3)、60g/L(T4)和三元复合肥(15-15-15)1.0g/L(T5),以不施肥作为对照(CK),研究微生物有机肥的不同施用量对番茄植株的生长效果。结果表明,不同有机肥处理和复合肥处理都对番茄植株生长有促进的效果,其中T5对番茄根系和叶绿素的影响相对有机肥较为明显;在不同有机肥处理中,各指标总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中T2处理在对番茄植株的株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和干重、根部鲜重和干重的影响效果都是最好的。因此基于本试验,微生物有机肥和三元复合肥对番茄植株的生长有明显的促进作用,且微生物有机肥栽培中,20g/处理效果最佳。
The effects of organic manure (10g / L, T1), 20g / L (T2), 40g / L (T3), 60g / L (T4) and ternary complex Fertilizer (15-15-15) 1.0g / L (T5) was used to study the effects of different application rates of microbial organic fertilizer on the growth of tomato plants. The results showed that the treatment of different organic manure and compound fertilizer had the effect of promoting the growth of tomato plants. The effect of T5 on tomato root system and chlorophyll was more obvious than that of organic manure. In different manure treatments, T2 treatment had the best effect on tomato plant height, stem diameter, shoot fresh weight and dry weight, root fresh weight and dry weight. Therefore, based on this experiment, microbial organic fertilizer and ternary compound fertilizer have obvious promoting effect on the growth of tomato plants, and microbial organic fertilizer cultivation, 20g / treatment effect is best.
