目的:分析冠心病患者与血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和脑尿钠肽(BNP)水平之间的相关性和临床意义。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月本院心内科收治的80例冠心病患者,根据患者主要血管是否病变和发生病变数量分为单支病变组、双支病变组和多支病变组(3支及以上病变),同时选取相匹配的80例健康者作为对照组,分析对比该病与血浆hs-CRP、IL-6和BNP水平之间的相关性和临床意义。结果:随着冠心病冠脉血管病变加重血浆hs-CRP、IL-6和BNP水平逐渐升高(P<0.01),Gensini积分与CRP、IL-6、BNP水平均呈正相关(r值分别为0.89、0.88、0.92,均P<0.01)。结论:血浆hsCRP、IL-6和BNP水平与冠状动脉病变有相关性,可反映冠状动脉的病变程度。
Objective: To analyze the correlation and clinical significance of plasma hs-CRP, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016, 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were divided into single vessel disease group, double vessel disease group and multi-vessel disease group according to whether the main vessel was affected or not. (Three or more lesions). At the same time, 80 matched healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The correlation and clinical significance between the disease and plasma hs-CRP, IL-6 and BNP levels were analyzed. Results: The plasma levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and BNP increased gradually with coronary artery disease (P <0.01), and Gensini score positively correlated with the levels of CRP, IL-6 and BNP 0.89, 0.88, 0.92, all P <0.01). Conclusion: The plasma levels of hsCRP, IL-6 and BNP are correlated with coronary artery disease, which can reflect the severity of coronary artery disease.
