目的 :介绍链阳性菌素半合成修饰的研究进展。方法 :总结链阳性菌素衍生物的半合成及构效关系。结果和结论 :原始霉素两主组分的半合成修饰产生了新的水溶性原始霉素衍生物 ,这些衍生物具有与天然产物相同的所有生物学特性 ,并能通过静脉给药。新的水溶性复合剂RP5950 0具有治疗由革兰氏阳性菌引起的严重感染所需的特性。
Objective: To introduce the research progress of semi-synthetic modification of streptogramin. Methods: The semi-synthesis and structure-activity relationship of streptogramin derivatives were summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: Semisynthetic modification of the two pristinins resulted in the production of novel water-soluble pristin derivatives that possess all of the same biological properties as the natural product and can be administered intravenously. The new water-soluble complex, RP5950 0, has the properties needed to treat serious infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria.
