血和尿中皮质醇(酮)含量测定是检测肾上腺皮质功能的常用指标。自从体外放射分析技术建立以来,直接测定法已逐渐代替了间接的荧光测定法。皮质醇(酮)的体外放射分析技术主要有竞争性蛋白质结合分析(CPB)和放射免疫分析(RIA)。后一种方法虽然已有测定药盒供应,但需低温运输等,使用受到限制。近些年来我们吸取国内、外有关测定方法的优点,建立一种比较方便、适用、成本较低的皮质醇(酮)CPB测定方法,有利于临床和基础研究方面的普遍应用,现简述如下。
Determination of blood and urine cortisol (ketone) is a commonly used indicator of adrenocortical function. Since in vitro radiometric analysis has been established, direct assays have gradually replaced indirect fluorimetry. Cortisol (ketone) in vitro radiological analysis techniques are mainly competitive protein binding assay (CPB) and radioimmunoassay (RIA). Although the latter method has been the determination of kit supply, but the need for low-temperature transport, the use is limited. In recent years, we draw on the advantages of both domestic and foreign methods of determination to establish a convenient, affordable, low-cost method for the determination of cortisol (ketone) CPB, which is conducive to the general application of clinical and basic research, are summarized as follows .
