目的:建立一种快速准确的微波消解-原子吸收法用于测定干香菇中镉的含量。方法:采用微波消解对样品进行前处理,应用石墨炉原子吸收法,以磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂测定干香菇中镉的含量。结果:通过正交设计,在优化的最佳消解和反应检测条件下,镉浓度范围在0μg/L~5μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.036μg/L,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.6%,加标回收率为92.0%~95.0%。结论:该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适用于干香菇中镉的含量.
Objective: To establish a rapid and accurate microwave digestion - atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of cadmium content in dried mushrooms. Methods: The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion. The content of cadmium in dried shiitake mushroom was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier. Results: By orthogonal design, under the optimized conditions of optimal digestion and reaction detection, the linearity of cadmium concentration ranged from 0μg / L to 5μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.036μg / L, The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 6.6% and the recoveries were 92.0% ~ 95.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, accurate and sensitive, suitable for the content of cadmium in dried mushrooms.
