目的 :了解高原红细胞增多症 (HAPC)骨髓红系祖细胞在细胞凋亡方面是否存在异常 ;方法 :应用造血干细胞体外培养技术对红系祖细胞进行动态观察 ,培养 72小时以后细胞染色观察细胞形态 ,应用凋亡细胞检测盒了解细胞凋亡发生率 ;结果 :高原红细胞组与正常对照组均发生细胞凋亡 ,但发生率程度不一 ,高原红细胞凋亡少于正常对照 (P <0 .0 5) ;结论 :高原红细胞增多症红系祖细胞存在凋亡异常 ,需进一步研究是否存在基因表达异常。
Objective: To investigate whether there is abnormal cell apoptosis of erythroid progenitor cells in high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) .Methods: The hematopoietic stem cells cultured in vitro were used to observe the erythroid progenitor cells. After cultured for 72 hours, the cell morphology was observed , The rate of apoptosis was detected by using the apoptosis cell detection kit. Results: The apoptosis of plateau erythrocytes and normal control groups were all occurred, but the incidence was different, and the plateau erythrocytes apoptosis was less than that of the normal control (P <0. 0 5). CONCLUSION: There is abnormal apoptosis in erythroid syndrome erythroid progenitor cells, and it is necessary to further study whether there is abnormal gene expression.
