Enterprises want to stand out in the fierce market economy, they must enhance their own competitiveness. To strengthen cost control is an effective measure to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and thus more companies are concerned about. This paper analyzes the objectives and significance of cost control as well as the status quo of cost control in our country, and discusses the effective ways to control cost control.
