肝脏内脂肪蓄积过多时称为脂肪肝,并出现多种临床症状.其形成与痰、瘀、积、气有关.祛风药具有升散、通达、开郁、渗利等特性,有研究表明祛风药具有降血脂、减轻血液粘滞性、改善微循环和调节神经体液、抗血小板凝聚、抗血栓形成等方面的作用,所以在治疗脂肪肝时,适当的加入祛风药物能提高治疗效果.
