目的 探讨实时组织弹性成像(RTE)技术的组织弥散定量分析方法对猪脑死亡状态下肝脏的应用及与转氨酶水平的相关性分析.方法 健康巴马香猪7头,建立猪脑死亡模型并维持脑死亡状态9h,应用RTE技术的组织弥散定量分析方法,分别于脑死亡前、脑死亡后0、3、6、9h,测量ROI内应变均值(MEAN),检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平.结果 MEAN值在脑死亡后各时间点比脑死亡前减小,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),除外脑死亡后6h与3h、9h与6h两组比较外,后一时间点与前一时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑死亡后6h的AST值较脑死亡前明显升高(P<0.05),脑死亡后9h与脑死亡前、脑死亡后0、3h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且AST值与MEAN值呈负相关(r=-0.531,P=0.001),ALT值变化不明显.结论 搭载组织弥散定量分析功能的RTE技术能够反映猪脑死亡状态下肝脏的损伤变化,且MEAN值与AST水平有显著相关性.“,”Objective To investigate the quantitative assessment of real-time tissue elastography in brain death pigs and the relationship between RTE and the level of live aminopherase.Methods Brain death models of 7 healthy Bama pigs were established for 9 hours.Using RTE made quantitatively analysis and measured average relative strain value (MEAN) within ROI at 0 h,3 h,6 h,9 h after brain death.AST and ALT were determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer at the above same time.Results At each time point after brain death,MEAN value was lower than that of before brain death,Comparing the two differences was statistically significant (P<0.05),except for 6 h and 3 h,9 h and 6 h two groups of comparison after brain death,the difference between after time point and the former time point was statistically significant (P<0.05);AST at 6 h was obvious higher than before the brain death AST (P<0.05),the difference between 9 h(109.52±58.49)U/L and 3 h (71.19±27.99)U/L after brain death was statistically significant (P<0.05);AST and MEAN value was significant negative correlation (r=-0.531,P =0.001),the ALT had no obvious change.Conclusions RTE can quantitatively assess the injure change of pig liver in brain death condition,and the MEAN value had significant correlation with AST level.
