以“非洲骄傲”番荔枝Annona squamosa cv.African Pride幼苗为试料,研究喷施不同浓度大豆多肽对其生长、叶片质量和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,大豆多肽处理后,番荔枝幼苗株高、地径和叶片数显著增加,叶面积、叶干重、光合色素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量显著提高;显著降低了幼苗叶片中丙二醛含量,显著提高了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性。综合比较,“非洲骄傲”番荔枝幼苗生长期喷施大豆多肽6g/L效果最好。
The effects of spraying different concentrations of soybean peptides on the growth, leaf quality and antioxidant enzyme activities of Annona squamosa cv.African Pride seedlings were studied. The results showed that after soybean polypeptide treatment, the plant height, diameter and number of leaves of Annona squamosa increased significantly, the leaf area, leaf dry weight, photosynthetic pigment, soluble protein and soluble sugar content increased significantly; the malondialdehyde Content, significantly increased superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase activity. A comprehensive comparison, “African pride ” Annonata seedlings sprayed soybean seedling growth stage 6g / L best.
