目的:探讨天蝎安痫胶囊对小鼠急性癫痫的影响。方法:将造模成功的60只小鼠随机分为5组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组、天蝎安痫胶囊小剂量组(0.7g/kg)、天蝎安痫胶囊中剂量组(1.4g/kg)、天蝎安痫胶囊大剂量组(2.8g/kg)及苯妥英钠片组(35mg/kg)。给药组连续灌胃给药7d,每天1次,空白对照组给予等容量净化水。末次给药后进行电刺激,计算各组的惊厥动物数及惊厥百分率。腹腔注射士的宁后记录各组的阵挛潜伏期和死亡潜伏期。结果:天蝎安痫胶囊中、大剂量组及苯妥英钠片组小鼠惊厥动物数和惊厥百分率均低于空白对照组,天蝎安痫胶囊小、中、大剂量组及苯妥英钠片组的阵挛潜伏期和死亡潜伏期明显较空白对照组延长(均P<0.01)。结论:天蝎安痫胶囊可减少电休克致小鼠惊厥动物数,降低惊厥百分率,对士的宁致小鼠惊厥具有抗惊厥作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Scorpio An Epilepsy Capsule on acute epilepsy in mice. Methods: 60 successful mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 12), which were blank control group, small dose group of Scorpio Anxian Capsule (0.7g / kg), middle dose group of Scorpio Anxin Capsule 1.4g / kg), Scorpio An epilepsy capsules high-dose group (2.8g / kg) and phenytoin sodium tablets group (35mg / kg). The administration group was administered intragastrically for 7 days, once a day, and the blank control group was given the same volume of purified water. After the last administration of electrical stimulation, calculate the number of convulsions in each group and the percentage of convulsions. After intraperitoneal injection of strychnine, the clonus latency and death latency of each group were recorded. Results: The number of seizures and the percentage of seizures in the high-dose and phenytoin sodium tablets groups were lower than those in the blank control group, small, medium and large dose groups Latency and death latency were significantly longer than the blank control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion: Scorpio Anxin Capsule can reduce the number of convulsions in mice induced by electrical shock and reduce the percentage of seizures, which has anticonvulsant effect on sedentary mice induced by strychnine.
