此文作者段文杰先生是长春公共关系学校校长,吉林省公共关系专修学院常务副院长,特级教师,中国公共关系协会学术委员会委员。12年前,由段校长牵头创办的这所校舍简陋,师生仅百余人的职业高中,经10余年的艰苦创业和不断改革创新,如今不仅已发展为一所拥有多座教学大楼,各项设备先进,拥有中专、大专、本科,拥有师生达1500余人的公关专业学校,而且也是目前全国培养多类公关专业人才的最大的培育基地。该校仅近3年多来,即向全国包括北京钓鱼台国宾馆、中南海、人民大会堂以及深圳、珠海等地输送毕业生达3000多人。段文杰校长的这篇论文,本是向2003年11月在广西柳州召开的“新世纪中国公关市场理论研讨会”提交的论文,也是他的发言稿。他的发言,受到了与会代表的热烈欢迎。现转发如下,以飨读者。
The article author Duan Wenjie is Changchun Public Relations School principals, Jilin Province public relations college executive vice president, special grade teacher, the Chinese Public Relations Association academic committee. Twelve years ago, this school, led by section headmaster, was a poorly-built school with a mere 100-plus teachers and students. After more than 10 years of arduous pioneering and continuous reform and innovation, it has now not only developed into a multi-teaching building, Advanced equipment, with secondary, tertiary, undergraduate, teachers and students have more than 1,500 public relations professional schools, but also the current training of many types of public relations professionals in the largest cultivation base. In the past three years or so, the school has delivered more than 3,000 graduates to all over the country, including Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, Shenzhen and Zhuhai. Duan Wenjie, the president of this paper, this is to be held in November 2003 in Liuzhou, Guangxi “New Century China PR Market Symposium ” submitted papers, but also his speech.
