本文提出了用于高速集成电路系统中有耗互连线瞬态响应求解的一个计算模型及其相应的算法.传统的特征法在用于求解无耗传输线或满足LG=RC的有耗传输线时具有简单的递归形式和较高的计算效率,但不能用于一般的有耗传输线.本文在特征法的基础上,通过适当的参数修正,建立了一般有耗传输线瞬态响应的近似特征模型,导出了其对时间变量递归形式的计算公式.该模型只需计算传输线两端的电流和电压,因而计算效率高且节省内存.数值实验结果表明,该算法可以达到相当高的精度.
In this paper, a computational model and its corresponding algorithm for transient response of dissipative interconnection in high speed IC system are proposed. The traditional characterization method has a simple recursive form and high computational efficiency when used to solve lossless transmission lines or lossy transmission lines that meet LG = RC, but can not be used for general lossy transmission lines. Based on the characteristic method, the approximate characteristic model of the transient response of a general lossy transmission line is established through the appropriate parameter correction. The formula for calculating the recursive form of the time variable is derived. The model only needs to calculate the current and voltage across the transmission line, so the calculation is efficient and saves memory. Numerical experiments show that the algorithm can reach a very high accuracy.
