新媒体背景下,人人都可以是舆情的制造者。大学生是网络上最活跃的一群,他们每天上网的时间长,关注各类事件特别是关系到其自身利益的身边事,他们是高校网络舆论的最主要参与者。高校网络舆情具有其他网络舆情一样的特点,如载体多、速度快,同时又因其主体的知识性、年轻性、聚集性等特点而具有一定的特殊性。高校网络舆情一旦爆发就会迅速蔓延,如不及时处理或处置不当,将给学校声誉和正常的学校教学秩序带来巨大的危机,因此,积极探索高校网络舆情的引导机制是必要的。
In the context of new media, everyone can be the maker of public opinion. College students are the most active group on the Internet. They spend a long time online each day, focusing on all kinds of events, especially those related to their own interests. They are the most important participants in the online public opinion in colleges and universities. Public opinion in university network has the same characteristics as other network public opinion, such as carrier, fast, and at the same time, it has certain specialty due to its main knowledge, youngness and congregation. Once the network public opinion in colleges and universities is outbreak, it will spread rapidly. If it is not handled or disposed improperly, it will bring a tremendous crisis to the school reputation and normal school teaching order. Therefore, it is necessary to actively explore the guiding mechanism of network public opinion in colleges and universities.
