为研究准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)围手术期的眼压变化规律、变化原因和皮质类固醇对眼压的影响,应用非接触式眼压计(NCT)在PRK术前、术后3天、6天、10天及1月时对高度近视组(47只眼)和中低度近视组(34只眼)分别进行眼压测量。结果:平均眼压在术后6天内呈下降趋势,高度近视组下降了1.16kPa,中低度近视组下降了0.87kPa,术后6天至术后1月呈上升趋势,高度近视组上升了0.40kPa。中低度近视组上升了0.29kPa。结论:围手术期眼压有波动过程,术后角膜表面变平、角膜水肿和皮质类固醇的应用参与影响眼压的变化。判断皮质类固醇对眼压的影响需根据术后眼压的变化量及术前眼压,对高度近视患者尤应密切观察
In order to study the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) and the causes of intraocular pressure (IOP) during perioperative period of excimer laser corneal incision (PRK) and the effect of corticosteroids on intraocular pressure, non-contact tonometer (NCT) IOP measurements were performed on the high myopia group (47 eyes) and the low myopia group (34 eyes) at 6, 10, and 1 month, respectively. Results: The average intraocular pressure (IOP) showed a downward trend within 6 days after operation. The IOP decreased by 1.16 kPa in the high myopia group, 0.87 kPa in the low and middle myopia group, and increased from 6 days to 1 month after operation. Rose by 0.40kPa. Low to moderate myopia increased 0.29kPa. CONCLUSION: The intraocular pressure fluctuates during the perioperative period. The postoperative corneal surface is flattened. Corneal edema and corticosteroids are involved in the changes of intraocular pressure. To determine the impact of corticosteroids on intraocular pressure need to be based on changes in intraocular pressure and preoperative intraocular pressure, particularly for patients with high myopia should be closely observed
