通过分析装备质量特性要素的结构连接关系、属性衔接关系以及各要素之间的相互依存关系,对装备研制阶段质量特性要素之间的信息关联进行了探讨,论证表明,研制阶段装备质量特性的形成有赖于多种要素,当这些要素发生变化时,质量特性也将随之而发生变化,在具体的装备研制过程中,只有理清各个要素之间的关联关系,才能够准确把握质量特性形成的特点与规律,才能在质量管理工作中,尊重质量管理客观规律,寻求科学合理的对策措施,以促进质量管理工作的顺利进行。
