对于中小企业来说,将人力资源管理业务外包无疑是一种积极的战略决策,可以在较短时间内改善企业的人力资源管理状况,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。然而,由于我国的外包业务尚处于起步阶段,许多环节还不完善,如何应对这些环节存在的风险,对选择外包业务的中小企业来说至关重要。
For small and medium-sized enterprises, the outsourcing of human resources management is undoubtedly a positive strategic decision, which can improve the human resources management status of enterprises in a relatively short period of time and improve their core competitiveness. However, because China’s outsourcing business is still in its infancy and many aspects are not yet perfect, how to deal with the risks in these links is of crucial importance to small and medium-sized enterprises that choose to outsource their operations.
