目的:通过甲状腺肿瘤的声像图特征与病理结果的对照分析,提高超声诊断符合率。方法:运用高频探头对108例经术前超声检查,术后病理证实的甲状腺肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果:108例患者均经过手术及病理检查证实,超声诊断定位准确率为100%。结论:高频超声运用二维显像及彩色多普勒血流可诊断甲状腺肿瘤的性质(实质性或囊性、混合性),鉴别肿块的良恶性,是一种简便、廉价、准确且重复性好的方法。
Objective: To improve the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis by comparing thyroid tumor’s sonographic features with pathological results. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 108 cases of thyroid tumors confirmed by preoperative ultrasonography and postoperative pathology was performed with high frequency probe. Results: All 108 patients were confirmed by operation and pathology. The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 100%. CONCLUSIONS: High-frequency ultrasound can diagnose the properties of thyroid tumors (substantive or cystic, mixed) using two-dimensional imaging and color Doppler flow to identify benign and malignant tumors and is a simple, inexpensive, accurate and repeatable Good way.
