舰载机全机落震试验是在实验室环境下测试舰载机着舰时结构动态载荷、动态响应以及机载设备冲击环境下功能可靠性的重要试验手段。本文提出了舰载机全机落震试验的试验方法,并对试验过程中机翼升力模拟、试验件下沉速度控制、试验件航向速度模拟及机体动态载荷测试等试验过程中的关键技术问题提出了解决方案,并通过试验对技术方案进行了验证。最后通过全机落震试验系统验证了试验方法的可行性及有效性,为舰载机着舰动态载荷及响应的测试提供了可行的试验方法,并为舰载机研制提供可靠的试验数据。
The whole machine drop test of carrier-based aircraft is an important test method to test the structural dynamic load, dynamic response and functional reliability under the impact of airborne equipment in a laboratory environment. In this paper, the test method of full-machine drop test of carrier aircraft is put forward and the key technical problems in the process of testing such as wing lift simulation, subsidence speed control of test piece, heading speed simulation of test piece and dynamic load test Put forward the solution, and verified the technical scheme through the experiment. At last, the feasibility and validity of the test method are verified by the whole-body drop-shaking test system, which provides a feasible test method for the test of dynamic load and response of carrier-based aircraft and provides reliable test data for the research of carrier-based aircraft.
