在黄瓜幼苗子叶期及第一真叶期(叶横宽5cm时)用高温灭活后的黄瓜霜霉菌孢子囊悬液及黄瓜菌核病果组织(病果及菌丝)浸出液进行诱导接种,可使黄瓜植株产生对黄瓜霜霉病的抗病性。在自然病原激发病害试验中,经菌核病果浸出液诱导处理的植株,其病株率未降低,病叶率比ck降低29.87%,相对免疫效果为33.52%;经失活霜霉菌孢子囊悬液诱导处理的植株,其病株率比ck降低10.00%,病叶率降低43.68%,相对免疫效果为43.25%。在人工接种病原激发病害试验中,经茵核病果浸出液诱导的植株,其病株率比ck降低10.00%,病叶率降低37.14%,相对免疫效果为44.15%;经霜霉菌孢子囊悬液诱导处理的植株,病株率比ck降低30.00%,病叶率降低53.11%,相对免疫效果为1.48%。若只在子叶期进行一次诱导接种,其抗病性与ck无显著差异。
