从一九八四年九月开始,在班主任和附小领导、教师的支持下,我在本校二年级四班进行了心理学科的教改尝试,将二(四)班和附小四(丙)班建成友谊班。我们的具体做法是: 一、共同制订活动计划。每学期开学初,师范班班干部和附小友谊班的班主任一起,根据四(丙)班的学期工作计划,共同商讨如何开展活动,确定活动的时间、内容。明确要求每个师范生与一、两名小学生交朋友,并对他们进行重点观察和了解。二、师范生参加友谊班的各项活动。内
