泌尿系结石是最常见泌尿系疾病,其患病率为1%~5%。微创是治疗结石的主要手段~([1]),可取得良好的疗效。但对于较小结石保守治疗无效,或经输尿管镜、经皮肾镜、体外冲击波碎石治疗后残留的较小结石仍缺乏主动而简单、无创的排石手段~([2])。体外物理振动排石机能通过简单、无创手段使结石排出体外。我们对56例泌尿系结石患者采用体外物理振动排石机治疗,临床效果满意。现报道如下。
Urolithiasis is the most common urological disease with a prevalence of 1% to 5%. Minimally invasive treatment of stones is the main method ~ ([1]), can achieve good results. However, conservative treatment of smaller stones invalid, or by ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephroscope, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy residual small stones still lack of active and simple, non-invasive stone row means ~ ([2]). In vitro physical vibration row stone machine through a simple, non-invasive means to make stones excreted. We use 56 cases of urinary calculi in vitro physical vibration row stone machine, the clinical effect is satisfactory. Report as follows now.
