目的 :研究树突状细胞在混合淋巴细胞反应中的辅佐功能。方法 :应用MTT法检测人外周血分离培养的DCs在同种异体的混合淋巴细胞反应中激发同种T淋巴细胞增殖的能力。结果 :只需少量DCs ,即可强烈激发同种T淋巴细胞增殖。结论 :DCs是T淋巴细胞增殖反应中的重要辅佐细胞 ,具有良好的刺激同种T淋巴细胞增殖的能力 Objective: To study the adjuvant function of dendritic cells in mixed lymphocyte reaction. METHODS: MTT assay was used to detect the ability of DCs isolated from human peripheral blood to stimulate the proliferation of allogeneic T lymphocytes in allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction. Results: Only a few DCs were needed to strongly stimulate the proliferation of the same T lymphocytes. Conclusion : DCs are important accessory cells in T lymphocyte proliferation and have good ability to stimulate the proliferation of allogeneic T lymphocytes.
