目的研究脂肪酸转运蛋白(CD36)及载脂蛋白B100(apo B100)在脂肪肝中的变化及白术多糖的干预作用。方法采用高脂饮食诱导的大鼠脂肪肝模型,造模第9周起,随机分为模型组和白术多糖组,灌胃给药6周,观察肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、CD36、apo B100含量的变化。结果模型组肝组织TG、FFA、CD36含量显著升高;肝组织apo B100含量显著降低;白术多糖组的肝组织TG、FFA、CD36含量较模型组显著降低;肝组织apo B100含量较模型组显著升高,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝大鼠的肝组织CD36含量显著升高,apo B100含量显著降低,而白术多糖可显著降低肝组织CD36含量,升高肝组织apo B100含量。
Objective To investigate the changes of fatty acid transporter (CD36) and apolipoprotein B100 (Apo B100) in fatty liver and the effects of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides. Methods Fatty liver rats induced by high-fat diet were randomly divided into model group and Atractylodes macrocephala group for the first 6 weeks. The rats in each group were given gavage for 6 weeks. The levels of triglyceride (TG), free fatty acids FFA), CD36, apo B100 content changes. Results The contents of TG, FFA and CD36 in liver tissue of model group were significantly increased; the content of apo B100 in liver tissue was significantly decreased; the content of TG, FFA and CD36 in liver tissue of Atractylodes macrocephala decreased significantly compared with model group; the content of apo B100 in liver tissue was significantly higher than that of model group Increased, the above differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The content of CD36 in liver tissue of fatty liver rats was significantly increased, the content of apo B100 was significantly decreased, while Atractylodes macrophage polysaccharide could significantly reduce the content of CD36 in liver tissue and increase the content of apo B100 in liver tissue.
