目的了解广东省新盐碘标准实施(2012年3月)后惠州市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法 2015年5~6月,以县(区)为单位,按东、西、南、北、中抽取惠州市5所小学,在抽取的小学采集40名8~10岁儿童尿样,用砷铈催化分光光度法检测其尿碘浓度;据GB/T 13025.7-2012检测盐碘。结果 2015年惠州市各监测区8~10岁儿童尿碘159.5μg/L(102~189μg/L),<50μg/L占5.6%;2011年尿碘(191.0μg/L)比2015年高。2015年食用盐碘中位数27.0mg/kg。结论新盐碘标准实施后惠州市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况处于适宜水平。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 ~ 10 in Huizhou City after the implementation of the new salt iodine standard in Guangdong Province (March 2012), and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods From May to June 2015, five primary schools in Huizhou City were sampled in eastern, western, southern and northern China by county (district). 40 urine samples from 8 to 10-year-old children were collected from the primary schools, Cerium catalytic spectrophotometry to detect urinary iodine concentration; According to GB / T 13025.7-2012 detection of salt iodine. Results Urine iodine 159.5μg / L (102 ~ 189μg / L), <50μg / L urinary iodine 5.6% in children aged 8-10 years in monitoring area of Huizhou in 2015. Urinary iodine (191.0μg / L) in 2011 was higher than that in 2015. The median of iodized salt in 2015 was 27.0mg / kg. Conclusion The iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 ~ 10 in Huizhou city is at an appropriate level after the implementation of the new salt iodine standard.
