通过复制家兔动脉粥样硬化(As)模型,初步探讨实验前、后家兔 LPL 活性及其与病理变化的关系。同时检测了血脂水平。实验组 PH—LPL 活性于实验后4周开始降低,尤以13周为明显(P<0.01);13周时成活的11只兔中,有8只主动脉呈现不同程度的病变(霞度4只,中度1只,轻度3只),且与 PH—LPL 活性呈负相关(r_s=-0.685,P<0.05)。PH—LPL 活性差值(与实验前);重度>0.965mmol/L/h,中、轻度0.820~0.540mmol/L/h,<0.300mmol/L/h 为As 病变较难形成,因此,PH—LPL 活性在估计主动脉病变的有无和程度上有一定意义。
By replicating atherosclerosis (As) model in rabbits, the activity of LPL in rabbits before and after the experiment and its relationship with pathological changes were preliminarily explored.
