目的:制备龙须菜片,并研究其润肠通便作用。方法:采用正交实验设计制备龙须菜片;采用正常小鼠粪便计数实验、小肠推进实验、复方地芬诺酯致小鼠便秘模型,观察龙须菜片对正常小鼠小肠内容物推进率和正常、便秘模型小鼠首次排便时间、粪便粒数、重量的影响。结果:优化处方为龙须菜干粉0.175g,淀粉0.25g,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.01g;所制备的龙须菜片各个剂量组均能明显增强小鼠小肠运动,增加小鼠粪便粒数、重量和提高排便频率。结论:龙须菜片处方工艺合理可行,有明显的润肠通便作用。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare asparagus slices and study its function of laxative. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to prepare asparagus slices. Results: The optimum prescriptions were Asparagus officinalis 0.175g, starch 0.25g, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.01g. Conclusion: Asclepias prescription is reasonable and feasible, with obvious role of laxative.
