介绍空间碎片超高速碰撞试验方面的研究进展,主要包括:试验能力、在航天器部件和防护结构方面的超高速碰撞试验等。在试验能力方面,发展了8序列激光阴影照相技术,为瞬态撞击过程监测提供了有效手段;在超高速碰撞试验研究方面,开展了温度对Whipple防护屏弹道极限的影响研究、铝合金板的超高速撞击碎片云特性研究,以及舷窗玻璃、压力容器、舱外航天服、模拟电子设备等的超高速碰撞试验,获得了相关试验件的撞击特性。
This paper introduces the research progress in the ultra-high-speed crash test of space debris, including the test capability, ultra-high-speed crash tests on spacecraft components and protective structures. In the aspect of experimental capability, 8-series laser shadow photography technology has been developed, which provides an effective method for transient impact monitoring. In the research of ultra-high-speed crash test, the influence of temperature on the ballistic limit of Whipple shield is studied. Ultra-high-speed impact debris cloud characteristics research, as well as the porthole glass, pressure vessels, spacesuits, analog electronic devices, such as ultra-high-speed crash test obtained impact characteristics of the test pieces.
