目的:观察灵芝片联合甲巯咪唑(MMT)治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿的疗效。方法:将72例毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。2组均给予MMT治疗,治疗组加服灵芝片。观察血清促甲状腺素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(L-3,5,3’-tetraiodothyronine,TT3)、总甲状腺素(thyroxine,TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine, FT4)变化。结果:治疗后治疗组显效10例,有效23例,无效3例,总有效率为91.7%;对照组显效4例,有效率23例,无效9例,总有效率75.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗后2组TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平均明显降低,TSH明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组各指标改善明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组心率水平均明显降低,体重明显增大,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心率改善明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),在体重改善方面,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组未出现白细胞下降及肝功能异常者;对照组有1例病人出现白细胞下降,2例病人出现肝功能异常。结论:灵芝片联合MMT治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿疗效满意,且不良反应少,值得临床推广运用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Ganoderma lucidum combined with methimazole (MMT) in the treatment of toxic diffuse goiter. Methods: 72 patients with diffuse toxic goiter were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases each. 2 groups were given MMT treatment, treatment group plus Ganoderma lucidum tablets. Serum levels of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total thyroxine (TT4), total thyroxine (TT4), free triiodothyronine Free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4). Results: In the treatment group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.7%. In the control group, 4 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases effective, 9 ineffective and the total effective rate was 75.0%. The total effective rate in the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. After treatment, the levels of TT3, TT4, FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were significantly decreased, TSH was significantly increased, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). After treatment, heart rate in both groups were significantly lower, body weight increased significantly, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The improvement of heart rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P> 0.05). During treatment, the treatment group did not appear leukopenia and liver dysfunction were; control group, 1 patient showed leukopenia, 2 patients showed abnormal liver function. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum combined with MMT is effective in treating diffuse diffuse goiter and has few side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
