目的对源于南极真菌Aspergillus sp.S-3-62的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法采用Sephadex LH-20色谱、反相ODS柱色谱、高效液相柱层析等色谱分析方法,对Aspergillus sp.S-3-62发酵液的乙酸丁酯萃取部位进行系统分离。结果分离得到7个单体化合物。结论化合物1~7分别被鉴定为β-carboline(1),N-(2-Hydroxypropanoyl)-2-aminobenzoic acid amide(2),Cyclo-(Pro-8-hydroxy-Ile)(3),Cyclo-(Pro-Ile)(4),2-Acetyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone(5),4-Hydroxyben-zaldehyde(6)和Benzeneacetic acid,2-hydroxy-1-methylpropyl ester(7)。其中化合物7为新天然产物。
OBJECTIVE To study the secondary metabolites derived from Aspergillus sp.S-3-62, an Antarctic fungus. Methods Sephadex LH-20, reverse phase ODS column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to separate the butyl acetate extract of Aspergillus sp.S-3-62 fermentation broth. Results Seven monomeric compounds were isolated. Conclusion Compounds 1 to 7 were identified as β-carboline (1), N- (2-Hydroxypropanoyl) -2-aminobenzoic acid amide (2), Cyclo- (Pro-Ile) (4), 2-Acetyl-4 (3H) -quinazolinone (5), 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde (6) and Benzeneacetic acid, 2-hydroxy- 1 -methylpropyl ester (7). Among them, compound 7 is a new natural product.
