利用单道次热压缩试验在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上,通过控制变形温度:973、1023、1073和1123 K,应变速率:0.01、0.1、1和5 s-1研究了40Cr钢的动态再结晶行为,根据应力应变曲线分析了40Cr钢的动态再结晶规律,采用回归法确定了双曲线本构方程中的材料常数和激活能(366.7 kJ/mol),建立了40Cr钢的本构方程;同时确定了40Cr钢的临界应变、峰值应变、峰值应力、稳态应力和动态软化量Ω等关键物理量。
The single-pass thermal compression test was used to study the dynamic properties of 40Cr steel on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator by controlling the deformation temperature at 973, 1023, 1073 and 1123 K and the strain rates of 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 5 s-1 The dynamic recrystallization of 40Cr steel was analyzed according to the stress - strain curve. The material constants and activation energy (366.7 kJ / mol) in the hyperbolic constitutive equation were determined by regression method and the constitutive equation of 40Cr steel was established. At the same time, critical critical strain, peak strain, peak stress, steady-state stress and dynamic softening quantity of 40Cr steel were determined.
