目的减少社区门诊输液排队等候现象,提高病人满意度。方法通过分析实际现存问题,制定预约制服务的流程,为3日以上输液患者提供预约制服务,同时观察输液预约制模式的成效。结果通过输液预约制服务后,缩短了患者输液等候时间,缓解输液高峰的排队现象,改善输液室的秩序,同时也缓解了护患关系,提高病人对医务人员及医院的满意度。结论社区门诊输液预约制服务模式具有可行性。
Objective To reduce community outpatient infusion queuing phenomenon, improve patient satisfaction. Methods By analyzing the actual existing problems and making reservation service process, we provide reservation service for infusion patients over 3 days and observe the effect of infusion reservation system. Results Through the infusion reservation service, the patient’s waiting time for infusion was shortened, queuing of infusion peak was relieved, and the order of infusion room was improved. At the same time, the relationship between nurses and patients was relieved, and the patient’s satisfaction with medical staff and hospital was improved. Conclusion Community outpatient infusion booking system is feasible.
