成功研制开发了一种基于时间分辨荧光纳米微球的呕吐毒素快速定量检测试纸条,并在粮食谷物饲料等样品中对其检测性能进行了研究。该试纸条的检出限为25μg/kg,最低定量限为82μg/kg,线性范围为100~5 000μg/kg,线性范围内的添加回收率为83.51%~113.84%,同一个样本检测3次的CV<14.75%,与其他真菌毒素的交叉反应率均小于5%,与其代谢物的交叉反应率在20%以内。具有操作简便、灵敏准确、快速定量、重现性好等优点,适合对粮食谷物饲料中呕吐毒素进行快速定量测定。
We have successfully developed a rapid quantitative test strip for deoxynivalenol based on time-resolved fluorescent nanospheres, and studied its detection performance in grain and grain feed samples. The detection limit of this test strip was 25μg / kg, the lowest limit of quantification was 82μg / kg, the linear range was 100-5000μg / kg, the linear recovery was 83.51% ~ 113.84% CV <14.75%, with less than 5% cross-reactivity with other mycotoxins and less than 20% cross-reactivity with their metabolites. With simple, sensitive and accurate, rapid quantitative, reproducible, and other advantages, suitable for rapid determination of DON in food and grain feedstuffs.
