[目的]研究杜仲叶中总环烯醚萜类化合物的提取工艺,考察提取条件对含量的影响。[方法]用正交法优选最佳提取条件,用比色法测定其含量。[结果]杜仲叶中总环烯醚萜类化合物的最佳提取条件为:以12倍85%乙醇作为提取溶剂,在80℃热回流提取3次,每次45min,提取率为0.507%。桃叶珊瑚苷在0.1016~0.8128mg范围内呈良好线性关系,线性方程为:Y=1.0731X-0.0474,相关系数:r=0.9970。平均加样回收率为103.18%,RSD为1.94%。[结论]本法简便、快捷,适用于杜仲叶中环烯醚萜类化合物的含量测定。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the extraction technology of total iridoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves and study the influence of extraction conditions on the content. [Method] The optimal extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test and its content was determined by colorimetry. [Result] The optimal extraction conditions of total iridoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were as follows: Twelve times 85% ethanol as extraction solvent and heat reflux extraction at 80 ℃ for 3 times, each time being 45 minutes, the extraction rate was 0.507%. Aucubin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1016 ~ 0.8128 mg with a linear equation of Y = 1.0731X-0.0474 and a correlation coefficient of 0.9970. The average recovery was 103.18% with a RSD of 1.94%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of iridoids in Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
