当前,依法治国已经成为党和全体人民的共识和努力的目标。国家治理能力现代化、依法治国两方面的关系是相互影响、促进的。依法治国是推进和实现国家治理能力现代化的核心内容、根本路径、重要保障、必由之路,而实现国家治理能力现代化,本质上就是要坚持和实现国家治理的法治化。因此,新形势下,必须要充分发挥其依法治国实现国家治理现代化重要的作用,也是解决实现国家治理能力现代化需求解决依法治国过程中所存在的多个瓶颈问题。 At present, ruling the country by law has become the goal of the consensus and efforts of the party and the entire people. The relations between the two countries in terms of modernization of the country’s governance capacity and governing the country according to law are mutually reinforcing and promoting. Governing the country according to law is the core content, the fundamental path, the important guarantee and the only way to promote and realize the modernization of the state’s ability to govern. To modernize the ability of state governance is essentially to uphold and achieve the rule of law of state governance. Therefore, under the new situation, we must give full play to its important role of administering the country by law to realize the modernization of state governance as well as solve the bottleneck problems existing in the process of governing the country according to law in order to meet the modernization needs of the state’s governing capacity.
