宏观调控是我国经济发展过程中通过政府部门运用只能手段控制经济发展趋势及导向的重要手段,房地产行业近些年市场发展过程中所暴露的问题需要通过国家宏观调控的手段来解决。因此,揭示房地产市场运行规律并提出减小其波动的政策建议是宏观经济调控的基础。文章主要通过对房地产行业宏观调控的效果分析,以及对中央和地方政府之间对于房地产行业政策上的差异分析和深入研究试图为我国政府进行房地产调控提供理论依据和政策建议。
Macro-control is an important means by which government departments can only control the trend and orientation of economic development during the course of economic development in our country. The problems exposed in the market development of the real estate industry in recent years need to be solved through the means of national macro-control. Therefore, revealing the law of the real estate market and put forward policy recommendations to reduce its volatility is the basis for macroeconomic regulation and control. The article mainly through the analysis of the effect of macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate industry, as well as the analysis of the differences between the central and local government policies on the real estate industry and in-depth study tries to provide theoretical basis and policy recommendations for our government to regulate real estate.
