目前,我国幼儿教育已发展到以全面提高幼儿素质为核心的改革阶段。如何促进幼儿素质全面发展,其关键之一就是加强幼教师资队伍的建设,提高幼儿教师素质。幼儿教师是构成幼儿教育教学活动的要素之一,是幼儿教育教学活动的组织者和领导者、儿童发展的促进者。幼儿教师的教育科研素质如何,在很大程度上影响着幼儿教育教学的质量。近年来,随着幼儿教育课程改革的逐渐深人,广大幼儿教师的素质都有了不同程度的提升。然而,由于种种原因,西部农村的一些幼儿教师在这方面却显得相对落后。要推动这些地区的幼儿教育课程改革,整体提升这些地区幼儿教育的质量,很有必要积极创造条件,全力加强对这部分幼儿教师进行教育科研素质的培养。
At present, the early childhood education in our country has been developed to a stage of reform centered on the overall improvement of young children’s quality. One of the keys to promoting the comprehensive development of children’s quality is to strengthen the construction of teaching staff for kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of kindergarten teachers. Kindergarten teachers constitute one of the elements of early childhood education and teaching activities, is the organizer and leader of early childhood education and teaching activities, promoters of child development. Kindergarten teachers how the quality of education and research, to a large extent affect the quality of early childhood education and teaching. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of early childhood education curriculum reform, the quality of the majority of kindergarten teachers have improved in varying degrees. However, due to various reasons, some Kindergarten teachers in rural areas in western China appear to be relatively backward in this respect. To promote the reform of preschool education in these areas and improve the quality of preschool education in these areas as a whole, it is necessary to actively create the conditions for doing all we can to strengthen the education of this part of preschool teachers.
