一年之计在于春.“九五”第一个春天,本刊采访组以“贯彻《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》,为实现中共十四届五中全会提出的‘实现两个根本性转变’服务”为题,采访了华东地区部分企业.我们此行召开座谈会四个,参加企业40余家;实地采访各类企业11个.所到之处,使我们深切感受到,近年来,设备战线的广大职工在企业走向市场,实现从生产型向生产经营型的转变中,做了大量工作,积累了许多宝贵经验;在建立现代企业制度,实现两个根本性转变的深层次变革中,特别是在《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》发布以后,广大设备工作者正在积极探索如何使设备工作适应这一变革,迈上一个新台阶.以下,我们将从若干侧面如实反映我们的所见所闻所感.设备管理工作的地位和作用进一步强化 The one-year plan is Spring.
