一年之计在于春.“九五”第一个春天,本刊采访组以“贯彻《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》,为实现中共十四届五中全会提出的‘实现两个根本性转变’服务”为题,采访了华东地区部分企业.我们此行召开座谈会四个,参加企业40余家;实地采访各类企业11个.所到之处,使我们深切感受到,近年来,设备战线的广大职工在企业走向市场,实现从生产型向生产经营型的转变中,做了大量工作,积累了许多宝贵经验;在建立现代企业制度,实现两个根本性转变的深层次变革中,特别是在《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》发布以后,广大设备工作者正在积极探索如何使设备工作适应这一变革,迈上一个新台阶.以下,我们将从若干侧面如实反映我们的所见所闻所感.设备管理工作的地位和作用进一步强化
The one-year plan is Spring. In the first spring of the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the interview team of the magazine “implemented the Outline of the Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Equipment Management” to implement the ’implementation of the two’ for the implementation of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee. We held four symposiums in this trip, participated in more than 40 companies, and interviewed 11 companies on the ground. We were deeply impressed by the places we visited. In recent years, the employees of the equipment front have done a lot of work and accumulated many valuable experiences in the transition of the enterprise to the market and the transformation from the production type to the production and operation type; in the establishment of a modern enterprise system, two fundamental changes have been realized. In the process of level change, especially after the release of the “National Equipment Management Work Outline for the Ninth Five-Year Plan”, the majority of equipment workers are actively exploring how to adapt the equipment work to this change and take it to a new level. Below, we will look at several aspects. Truthfully reflects what we have seen and heard. The position and role of equipment management work have been further strengthened.
