近年来对单组分聚氨酯材料的研究逐渐活跃,但固化时间较长,尤其使用疑为致癌物质的莫卡(MOCA)作为固化剂,制约了其应用范围。基于此,研究了其他固化剂对聚氨酯接缝材料的影响,通过添加填料改善其力学性能,进行实际工况中的弱碱性、热老化模拟试验。结果表明,添加3‰的三亚乙基二胺能使表干时间缩短3h,较大提高力学性能;填料的最佳添加比例为30%左右;老化温度高于80℃时,材料的力学性能呈现缓慢下降趋势,满足弱碱性环境使用要求。
In recent years, research on one-component polyurethane materials has become more and more active, but the curing time is longer. In particular, the use of MOCA, a suspected carcinogen, as a curing agent has restricted its application. Based on this, the influence of other curing agents on the polyurethane seams was studied, and the mechanical properties of the polyurethane seams were improved by adding fillers. The weak alkaline and thermal aging simulation tests were carried out. The results show that the addition of 3 ‰ triethylenediamine can shorten the surface dry time 3h, greatly improve the mechanical properties; filler the best proportion of about 30%; aging temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the mechanical properties of the material presented Slow decline trend to meet the weak alkaline environment requirements.
