一台大型水平定向钻动力头输出浮动芯轴在施工过程中断裂,对断裂位置进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、晶粒度测量以及硬度测试,分析表明浮动芯轴发生突然断裂的主要原因是材料的原始组织不均匀,晶粒粗大,且后序调质处理工艺控制不当,未能得到均匀、细小的回火索氏体组织,导致材料强韧性差,易发生断裂。
