设计了一款超薄的高增益UHF抗金属标签天线。标签天线以高介电常数的陶瓷为介质基板,由上层带有双T型槽缝的金属贴片、介质基板和下层金属贴片组成,天线平面尺寸为80 mm×40 mm,厚度仅为0.8 mm。天线结构简单,不需要短路通孔、短路销钉或短路贴片将天线上层贴片与地板相连,通过改变天线上层贴片T型槽缝的尺寸,可以对标签天线阻抗进行有效调节,并实现天线的低剖面。天线未加金属地板最大增益为3.4 d Bi,加载金属地板最大增益为6.9 d Bi,且加载金属地板前后天线的中心频率和阻抗带宽无明显变化。实际测试结果与仿真结果比较吻合,实测未加载金属地板状态下最大识别距离为4.5 m,加载金属地板状态下实测最大识别距离为6.8 m。
Designed an ultra-thin high-gain UHF anti-metal tag antenna. The tag antenna is made of ceramic with high dielectric constant and consists of a metal patch with a double T-slot on the upper layer, a dielectric substrate and a lower metal patch. The antenna has a planar size of 80 mm × 40 mm and a thickness of only 0.8 mm. The antenna has the advantages of simple structure, no short-circuit vias, short-circuit pins or short-circuit patches, and the antenna upper layer patches are connected with the floor. By changing the size of the T-slot of the upper layer antenna patch, the impedance of the tag antenna can be effectively adjusted and the antenna Low profile. The maximum gain of antenna without metal floor is 3.4 d Bi, the maximum gain of metal floor is 6.9 d Bi, and there is no obvious change in the center frequency and impedance bandwidth of antenna before and after loading metal floor. The actual test results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The maximum recognition distance under the unloaded metal floor condition is 4.5 m and the maximum measured distance under the loaded metal floor condition is 6.8 m.
