在临床心电图中,T波是最易变化的波形,其形态、方向、时间以及电压幅度的变异,不仅见于心脏本身的病变,而且见于许多心外疾患,既可见于病理状态,也可见于生理情况。凡除外任何心脏本身病变和心外器质性疾患所引起的T波变异,统称为良性T波变异(以下简称良T变异)。充分认识良T变异的重要性在于:1.由于心电图在临床上的应用日益普及,T波变异的发现率明显增加;2.良T变异往往与器质性T波变异相混淆;3.从类似器质性T波变异中,区别出功能性变异或生理性变异,以免造成误诊。本文拟就良T变异的诊断与鉴别诊断问题作一简要的概述。
