教师是学校教育工作的主体,其教学工作的开展、教学业绩的实现,甚至职称评定等,都形成了教师的个人信息。通过教师档案,学校管理层能够及时了解教师动态,分析不同教师的教学风格,充分利用个体的特长以发挥集体的智慧,并以此推动、提高整个学校的教育、教学工作。因此,档案人员要有意识地、有准备地采集教师档案信息,并对采集后的档案信息进行梳理、加工分类,为领导提供完整的教师档案信息资料,使其成为管理学校的辅助工具。
Teachers are the main body of school education, and their teaching work, the achievement of teaching performance and even the assessment of professional titles form the personal information of teachers. Through teacher files, the school management can keep abreast of teacher dynamics, analyze different teachers’ teaching styles, make full use of individual strengths to exert collective wisdom, and promote and improve their education and teaching in schools as a whole. Therefore, archivists should consciously and purposely collect teachers’ archives information, sort out the collected archives information, classify them and provide leaders with complete information on archives of teachers so as to make them an auxiliary tool for managing schools.
