对细长管特别是弯管的内表面加工,普通工具很难介入,难以实现自动化;弯管内部眼睛看不见,即使手工作业也很难完成;这为弯管内表面的精密加工带来诸多困难。针对这一加工难题,提出利用磁力线可以穿透非磁性材料的特性,采用磁研磨法对非磁性材料弯管内表面的精密加工。该加工方法不需要专用的设备即可完成复杂形状内表面的光整镜面加工,通过实验已取得很好的加工效果。同时,另就各种不同内表面的加工装置、实验条件等方面进一步加以说明。
The inner surface of the slender tube, especially the elbow, is difficult to be intervened and difficult to automate. The inner part of the elbow can not be seen and even manual work is difficult to complete. This brings many advantages to the precision machining of the inner surface of the elbow difficult. In view of this processing problem, proposed the use of magnetic flux can penetrate the non-magnetic material properties, the use of magnetic grinding method of non-magnetic material on the inner surface of the tube precision machining. The processing method does not require special equipment to complete the complex shape of the inner surface of the finish mirror finish, the experiment has achieved good processing results.
