文中针对地面雷达的结构特性,对地面雷达铁路运输过程中的受力进行了简要的分析。按《铁路货物装载加固规则》要求设计了加固方案,并对易出错参数的选取进行了解释和规范。在风力计算中考虑了货车交会时产生的附加风压。分析比较了因平板车上捆绑点位置不同引起的拉牵绳纵(横)向拉力数值变化对加固强度的影响,提出了计算公式的修正方法,有利于铁路提速后的运输安全,具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of ground-based radar, the force analysis of ground radar during railway transportation is briefly analyzed. According to the requirements of “Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcing Rules”, a reinforcement plan was designed and the selection of error-prone parameters was explained and regulated. In the wind calculation, the additional wind pressure generated when the truck is rendezvous is taken into account. The influence of the change of longitudinal (transverse) tensile force on the reinforcement strength caused by the different positions of the binding points on the flatbed truck is analyzed and compared. The correction method of the calculation formula is proposed, which is in favor of the transportation safety after the railway speeding up. value.
