目的探讨骨髓基质细胞 (BMSC)向内皮细胞分化的可行性。方法无菌条件下获取BMSC ,实验组以 40 0ng/ml重组人粒细胞 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (rhGM CSF)为诱导剂 ,进行体外诱导分化 ;对照组用 164 0培养液培养。 8d后进行免疫组化染色进行特异性内皮细胞标志物鉴定。结果分化后的细胞在光镜下具有内皮细胞的形态学特征 ;免疫组化染色证实实验组诱导后的细胞为内皮细胞。结论BMSC在高浓度rhGM CSF作用下 ,可以分化为内皮细胞
Objective To investigate the feasibility of differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) into endothelial cells. Methods BMSC was obtained under aseptic conditions. The experimental group was induced with rhGM CSF (40 0ng / ml) as an inducer, and the control group was cultured with 164 0 medium. 8d after immunohistochemical staining for endothelial cell marker identification. Results The differentiated cells had morphological features of endothelial cells under light microscope. Immunohistochemical staining confirmed that the induced cells in the experimental group were endothelial cells. Conclusion BMSC can differentiate into endothelial cells under the action of high concentration of rhGM CSF
