目的:探讨新型光敏剂芦荟大黄素(Aloe-emodin,AE)介导的光动力疗法对人口腔黏膜癌KB细胞的杀伤效果,并筛选最佳应用参数。方法:体外培养人口腔黏膜癌KB细胞,取其对数生长期随机分为空白对照组、单纯光照组、单纯药物组、PDT组。其中单纯药物组和PDT组分别采用不同浓度(10、20、30和40μM)AE作用4 h;单纯光照组和PDT组用半导体激光器
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the killing effect of a new photosensitizer Aloe-emodin (AE) -mediated photodynamic therapy on KB cells of human oral mucosa and to screen out the best parameters for its application. Methods: Human oral mucosal carcinoma KB cells were cultured in vitro and randomly divided into blank control group, pure light group, pure drug group and PDT group. The pure drug group and the PDT group were treated with different concentrations (10, 20, 30 and 40μM) of AE for 4 hours respectively.
