目的:观察芪蛭皱肺颗粒(QZZF)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型血气分析及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)、血清中IL-4表达的影响,探讨其阻抑COPD的效应及其机制。方法:Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、苏子降气丸组、罗氟司特组与QZZF大、中、小剂量组,采用气管内滴注脂多糖(LPS)加烟熏法复制COPD大鼠模型,造模后第15天开始药物干预,第43天动脉血气分析及检测BALF、血清中IL-4的表达水平。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠动脉血p H、Pa O2、Sa O2降低,血清、BALF中IL-4水平升高,差异有统计学意义;Pa CO2、Hct降低不明显,差异无统计学意义。与模型组比较,芪蛭皱肺颗粒中、小剂量组动脉血p H,芪蛭皱肺颗粒大、中、小剂量组Pa O2、Sa O2显著升高,而各个治疗组血清IL-4升高,QZZF中剂量组BALF中IL-4升高,差异有统计学意义。结论:芪蛭皱肺颗粒通过调节血清及BALF中IL-4表达水平,可能是通过减轻气道炎症浸润、提高肺通气和肺换气能力、纠正低氧血症和高碳酸血症,从而干预COPD的发生发展。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of QZZF on the blood gas analysis and the expression of IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and serum in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats, and to explore its effect on suppressing COPD And its mechanism. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, SUZHIJI pill group, roflumilast group and QZZF large, middle and small dose groups. COPD rat model was made by adding smoked method. Drug intervention was started on the 15th day after modeling, arterial blood gas analysis was performed on the 43rd day, and the expression of IL-4 in the serum and BALF were detected. Results: Compared with the blank group, the levels of p H, Pa O2 and Sa O2 in the arterial blood of the model group decreased, while the level of IL-4 in the serum and BALF increased, the difference was statistically significant; Pa CO2 and Hct did not decrease obviously, Statistical significance. Compared with the model group, PaO2 and Sa O2 in large, medium and small dose groups of QLWDH group were significantly higher than those of low-dose group and QLWDH group High, QZZF middle dose BALF IL-4 increased, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: QLMD can regulate the expression of IL-4 in serum and BALF, and may interfere with hypoxemia and hypercapnia by decreasing the infiltration of airway inflammation, improving pulmonary ventilation and pulmonary ventilation, and correcting hypoxemia and hypercapnia The development of COPD.
