目的:观察乙肝1号方治疗小鼠急性肝损伤的效果。方法:采用乙肝1号方大小剂量组灌胃,并与乙肝灵对照。治疗D-氨基半乳糖(D-Galn)所致急性肝损伤小鼠。结果:治疗组小鼠肝损伤明显减轻,肝匀浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的含量上升,上升程度呈明显的量效关系,并优于乙肝灵治疗组。血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)降低,降低程度呈明显的量效关系,且优于乙肝灵治疗组。结论:乙肝1号方对小鼠急性肝损伤有明显防护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of hepatitis B1 on acute liver injury in mice. Methods: Hepatitis B was used to administer the hepatitis B 1 dose group, and it was compared with the hepatitis B group. Treatment of D-galactose-induced acute liver injury in mice. Results: The liver damage of mice in the treatment group was significantly reduced, and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver homogenate increased. The increase degree showed a significant dose-effect relationship and was superior to the treatment group of Yiganling. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) decreased, the degree of reduction showed a significant dose-effect relationship, and was superior to the treatment group. Conclusion: The hepatitis B 1 prescription has obvious protective effect on acute liver injury in mice.
