目的:分析多层螺旋CT诊断冠心病的临床效果。方法:选取2015年12月—2016年12月在我院经过病理学确诊的冠心病患者76例,将其随机分为两组,观察组38例采用多层螺旋CT诊断,对照组38例采用选择性冠状动脉造影检查,对比分析两种检查方法的临床效果。结果:多层螺旋CT对冠状动脉的近端、中端的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度明显高于远端,多层螺旋CT对冠状动脉的近端、中端的临床诊断效果明显优于远端效果,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。多层螺旋CT与选择性冠状动脉造影的诊出率无明显差距,(P>0.05),但后者的并发症明显高于前者,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:采取多层螺旋CT诊断冠心病近端、中端的临床诊断效果明显较好,并发症少,在临床诊断中具有较高价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods: From December 2015 to December 2016, 76 patients with pathologically diagnosed coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases in the observation group were diagnosed by multislice spiral CT and 38 cases in the control group Selective coronary angiography, comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two test methods. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of multislice spiral CT in the proximal and middle coronary arteries were significantly higher than those in the distal ones. The results of multislice spiral CT were superior to the distal ones in the diagnosis of proximal and middle coronary arteries , (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate between multi-slice spiral CT and selective coronary angiography (P> 0.05), but the complication of the latter was significantly higher than that of the former (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of proximal and middle coronary artery disease by multislice spiral computed tomography is obviously better, with fewer complications and high value in clinical diagnosis.
